The language shown beside a film describes its production. It does not list every dub or subtitle offered in every country. Open the specific viewing offer and inspect the audio and subtitle menu there.
Subtitles or captions?
Captions may include sound cues and speaker identification as well as dialogue. Audio description provides spoken information about visual action. Select the option that suits how you watch, and confirm that it is available for the particular film or episode.
Make the words readable
Where customization is supported, adjust text size and background contrast. Check a bright scene as well as a dark one. On a television, judge the result from your seat rather than standing next to the screen.
If timing looks wrong
Confirm the production, episode and cut first. Use a provided timing adjustment or another included track if appropriate. A catalog reload does not change subtitle timing inside an outside player's video.
